This Prince Edward County Virginia property has all the necessities for a great lease. The property is made up of an old Christmas tree farm, hay fields, hardwoods and pines. Two ponds are located on the property along with a large stream and a couple smaller ones. The hardwoods are loaded with oaks!!! I saw numerous white and red oaks in the wooded area of the western portion of the tract. It also has several oaks around the edges of the Christmas tree fields. I saw plenty of deer sign on this farm during the inspection. The tract has nice trails, old rubs and droppings especially along the bottoms near the water. The farm has multiple access points from the main road which helps with any wind and any situation.
