Two ponds are located on the property along with a large stream and a couple smaller ones. The hardwoods are loaded with oaks!!! I saw numerous white and red oaks in the wooded area of the western portion of the tract. It also has several oaks around the edges of the Christmas tree fields. I saw plenty of deer sign on this farm during the inspection. The tract has nice trails, old rubs and droppings especially along the bottoms near the water.
