This nice tract is certain to put a smile on your face and perfect for a hunting club with an outstanding landowner to boot. This property was cut over around 2004 and replanted in pines. The loggers left plenty of nice size oaks and other hardwoods throughout. There are miles of logging roads to get you into the parcel and your Tennessee Deer and Turkey Hunting Lease. I have never seen the number of tracks I saw on this property. I bumped several deer during my inspection. The turkeys, rabbits and various small game are here. I would setup along the logging roads for easy pickings come bow season.
