This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease encompasses timber, row crops, and bedding areas. While walking the property, I observed an abundance of deer sign and jumped several deer, including a very nice buck still in velvet, likely scoring in the mid-140s. There were numerous well-worn deer trails connecting from the timber to the row crops. Access is excellent via a well-defined farm road, clearly visible on the aerial photo. Do not overlook the north side of this farm, and do not be afraid to set up an elevated box blind. I found a very good spot for one while I was there. There's a ton of potential here if hunted properly.
