This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 160 acres has lots of cover to hunt, along with big mature trees with a river running through the property. Drove up to gate and there were a four point and a doe bedded down by the fence, startled me somewhat when they blew past me when opening the gate. There was numerous deer sign, lots of turkey and hog tracks day of inspection. River had lots of water in it, plus a nice pond on the south east end of lease. Property has big mature trees scattered all over the property. When hunters drive on this property, I would suggest a four wheeler. There is a road that goes to the oil wells but really no road that runs through the property. Landowner also said property holds water when it gets lots of rain.
