This hunting lease is leased and not available. When I pulled up to inspect this farm there were deer peacefully grazing in the wide field. It's always a good sign of a large herd when you see relaxed deer feeding on a hot 87 degree August afternoon.

This Cass County property has about 45 acres of woods with two fields separated by a thick overgrown creek bed. You can get to the stand locations from three directions which will help when playing the wind. The far west portion of the property slopes down away from the fields into a thick marshy area with lots of cover. This looks like it goes right into the neighboring properties and is thick enough to make a nice sanctuary.

There were tons of tracks and runs leading out of the marsh right up into the fields. The hardest part of this one might be trying to decide which field to sit on.
