When I first glanced at the aerial of this property, my initial reaction was to pass on it. I had a couple of other properties to look at near this one, so decided to stop by and take a look. As you can see from the pictures, the creek that runs through the property has, in some areas, is in excess of 100 yards wide of CRP type vegetation. Deer sign was plentiful on my way into the creek and this appeared to be a natural funnel type property that was certainly worth giving our members hunters a chance to lease it. Trees are limited but I do think there are a couple of spots on both ends of the creek to hang a stand in. Certainly a ground blind or free standing tripod type stands in-between would work as well. Leases are hard to come by in Central Wisconsin, so maybe this one is for you.

All legal game is yours to hunt. ATV use for hunting related activities okay but be sure to not drive on any crops. No real areas open for food plots but plenty of row crops already there for you. Camping for hunting related activities is limited and may only be possible after crops are removed. You cannot block any access to the fields.
