This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a long narrow 58-acre farm with ridge overlooking a 5-acre field by the road which would make a great location for a food plot. The rest is a mix of pine and hardwoods with a few low wet areas. It has hills and ridges all over it. The timber was select cut a couple of years ago so it is really growing in thick and nice. There is a network of trails cutting through the property that the owner has put in. They will make for some nice shooting lanes and allow for easy access to anywhere on the lease.

If you want to spread out a little more there is a big piece of public property next to this one. The owner says no one ever hunts the State property next to his because the nearest road is miles away and the only good access is through his lease property. The DNR even uses his private road to timber the state land.

This one has a very remote feel to it but there is agriculture right down the road. I saw corn less than a mile away.

If you are going to set up camp, this place offers a lot of possibilities. The owner lives right down the road and is willing to help you out. For a small fee he may even help put in your food plot. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
