This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease has a lot going for it. When I pulled up to the property I was immediately surprised by all the mature oak trees. There's nice high ground all over this lease and the oaks are everywhere on these high spots. These oak areas should be a magnet for the deer come fall. I lost count of the dozens of old buck rubs I found while walking the ridges. This property will also be excellent grouse hunting. The back 40 acres of this lease has a creek flowing through it, a power line cut out, and two nice ridges. Perhaps the best part about this property is the bear hunting opportunity. It sits just 1.5 miles south of the bear quota line. This means both residents and non-residents can buy a bear tag over the counter every year. I can't imagine it would be too tough to get a bear coming to bait consistently on this property if you choose to.

This property is just 1.5 hours up Interstate 35E from the twin cities.
