This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is just off I94 near Grass Lake. This property had the most deer sign of any property I have seen in some time. Every inch of the fields had tracks on them. I jumped deer almost every few steps. Behind this property is a big swamp that is crawling with whitetails. This reminded me of a suburban hot spot, as there are fancy homes being built all around the area. There are white, red and black oaks present. The fields are in row crops. You have good access from the east, and when the crops are down good access from the west across the fields. Easy access to hunters from Jackson, Lansing, Ann Arbor and Detroit makes this property a winner. I am sure there are some great bucks that spend time here. Landowner select cut in spring of 2018.
