NO DOG HUNTING IS ALLOWED in this area of the county. This area is also known for producing nice bucks year after year! The property has all the components needed to make a great lease with cattle fields covered in clover, planted pines from around 2000, and nice hardwood buffers. Everything needed to hold both deer and turkey is located on this tract. Two nice streams meet at the northwest corner of the property so water won't be an issue here. This property has a rolling topography which will be ideal for setups to catch the deer as they move from the wooded areas to the fields. While inspecting this property I saw 3 flocks of turkeys made up of 25+ birds. I also saw several well used deer trails leading out of the timber to the fields.
