Located less than a mile from the Neosho River, this farm has a little bit of everything, including a lot of deer sign. The southeast corner has a creek running through it, and has a nice mixture of open and thick woods. There is a couple of acres of CRP totally enclosed by the trees that will be a great spot for your feeder. The north and west sides of the property also have a 25-yard-wide buffer strip planted to a wildlife mix. The buffer strip along most of the south side is going to be converted back to crops.

The house to the south belongs to an older gentleman. He doesn't have any kids living there, and just one old lazy dog, so he shouldn't bother you.

Access will be from the east side, with a hidden parking area off the driveway in the NE corner. Most of the property is not visible from the road, due to the trees and brush grown up along it.
