This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a great Tioga County hunting lease in WMU 3A. This property has tons of food, lots of cover, and water. It contains everything you need to attract and hold deer. The prior owner managed the property for hunting and took steps to plant trees and fields that would produce food to attract deer. As I was inspecting the property I saw apple trees at everywhere. There are hidden food plots throughout the property. The fields are planted in Red and White Clover, and down by the stream I found a plot planted in turnips. Some of the fields/plots have not been mowed by the current owner, but it wouldn't take much to get them back to their peak production. Crooked Creek runs through this lease and it also contains a small mountain stream. There are trails throughout the lease making easy access to the entire property by foot or ATV. There were great deer trails found throughout the land. To top it all off, there is a hunting cabin on the property that may be available through the landowner at an extra cost.
