(NO ARCHERY HUNTING DURING THE WEEK OF GUN SEASON.) This property has a mix of marsh, crop ground, and woods. While inspecting this property I amazed at all of the deer sign. There are several trails leading from the marshy area to the crop fields. During my inspection several beds and trails were located throughout the marsh. I also jumped numerous deer during my walk through the marsh. This property would be a great piece for a parent-child hunting location. Within a half of a mile to the southwest of this property there is a large acreage (Deer Track Park Landfill) that doesn't allow hunting. This area could be a great sanctuary for the local deer herd. Food and lodging are only minutes away from this property.

Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related activities only.

Camping and food plots are allowed with permission from the landowner.

Landowner would like to meet with hunters initially.

Landowner may cut some firewood and use his ATV mostly in the off season.
