Loggers finished a timber harvest in the summer of 2017 and there are some really good open areas that you could get in there and with a small amount of work have some great little food plots.The loggers opened up a 20' wide lane across most of the southern property line that will be an awesome spot for a tower and will give you shots up to 400 yards. This opening is along a creek that has water in it most of the year and you could pump water to keep those food plots nice and green! With Indiana's new rifle law this lane will give you the ability to get a shot at virtually any deer that crosses this 40 acre hunting lease.

I was really impressed with how well this farm is laid out and I know that some good deer are going to be using it even more once it starts to green up from all that sunlight getting in.
