This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 221-acre lease in Eaton County has 40 acres of woods and a nice overgrown creek bed snaking along the northern edge. The rest of the property is planted in row crops. A nice thing about this farm is that the woods are at the back of the field so they are far enough off of the road to stay secluded and undisturbed. The creek bed and connecting fence lines will make good travel corridors from the neighboring properties. There is a nice mix of trees with some oaks and old apple trees to help feed the deer after the crops are harvested.

During inspection, I found rubs all along the edge of the woods. There were several good deer runways that looked well used with plenty tracks. Many of them were in range of good trees to hang stands. I was thinking the point of the woods would be a great spot to set up during rife season to catch deer crossing to the next tree line or at the corner to catch them moving from the creek bed to the main block of cover.
