This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a nice farm with easy access, located along Hwy 169, just north of Iola. This Allen County farm looks really good. It has plenty of dense cover along the stream that dissects the hay meadow on the west part of this farm. There is a nice woodlot on the north end where the old farmyard was located. There are a couple of pear trees hidden among this woodlot that the deer snack on, and I even kicked up a nice 10-point buck while inspecting. Deer sign was prevalent throughout the property, and I kicked up several more deer along the creek crossing on the south side. The cedar patch on the east side of the highway should not be overlooked either.

There are no livestock on this property. The owners are willing to arrange some of the hay bales for you to hide in while you hunt.

The old railroad bed that runs along the east boundary of the property has been converted to part of the "Rails to Trails" system, which means it is now a hiking/ bike trail. It is far enough from town that it does not see much action, especially by hikers.
