This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a nice little farm for those of you on a tight budget. This little 38-acre piece has about eight acres of woods on it, the rest is in crops. If you are familiar with Kansas, you know it doesn't always take a big property with a lot of woods to see deer. Every year I hear about big bucks taken of properties with minimal cover. Hopefully this will be one of those. These woods are very thick and brushy, and made up mostly of hedge trees. This is more than enough to hold some deer, and the tracks and rubbed trees were the proof. I even kicked up a couple on the very east side.

There is a small pond on the north side, and a good-looking tree for a stand right next to it. This pond was dry when I visited the property, and I couldn't help but think that this could be a perfect spot to hide a feeder.

Windmills were installed on the neighboring properties in 2018.
