Tons of deer and turkey in the area, along with a pile of shooters for your group. Don't let the openness fool you on this one, as it is rolling terrain with about 30-acres of cover. Three crop fields with a brushy bottom and a great "thicket" provides the deer with everything they need. The thicket is an old clear cut from around 2009 that has grown back and is a major bedding area. There are small hidden spots to set up, along with a small pond for water. You will see a lot of deer, including big bucks, on this tract, as they use it heavily to access the sides of the big compressor station that are a major food source. You can set ladder stands in several places to get a good view of the fields and thicket. ATV use on farm lanes OK for hunting purposes only. No ATV's in fields. No campers or foodplots.
