This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp leasing has a 163 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Broome County, New York. This property is located very near Whitney Point and is in WMU (7P). Most of this hunting lease is in crop fields (139 acres). However, there are 22 acres of woods in the north west corner that had deer sign. The north border is a river that was loaded with geese on my inspection. The landowner has been asked in the past by duck and goose hunters for permission to hunt this property. I did find several scrapes in the 22 acres of woods, and a spot where the deer were crossing the creek. There is a nice parking spot off the north-west border. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. There is no spot for a camper.
