This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 117 acre Gilmer County property is a typical mountain property. It contains 4 main ridges with two long hollows running perpendicular to the access road. The northern section of the property was select cut a number of years ago. This provided an excellent road system to access the property. Some of these roads have natural grasses coming up in them and could make for great kill plots if you desire to plant them. Several nice white oaks were left on the property and are bound to be a draw when the mast is good. I found several tracks leading into the field on the north border during the inspection. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.
