If you're looking for a property that offers pretty much everything, then this 434-acre Warren County Tennessee Deer and Turkey Hunting Lease is for you. The road back is tough in a couple of spots and 4-wheel drive is recommended but some improvements have been made to the road. Once you get to the gate into the property the lease lays like a dream. A huge valley lies within the property with huge fields, timberland, thick and nasty or more open ground, and just a bit of every kind of terrain. Creek through here provides water. The deer and turkey are here. Saw tracks, trails, rubs and old scrape lines. Picked up 2 sheds during my walk through in the field near the north cabin. Old ground blinds need a little camo and there are several across the property. Be it bow or gun there is a place for everyone here. This place lays huge and I suggest ATV to navigate the property on a good network of roads. This is Deer Unit B area but the property appears to hold really good deer numbers.
