TURN KEY LEASE- bring corn and a cot and you are ready to go!! No really this place is ready with cabin, stands and feeders in place all you need to do is start feeding. Thick pin oaks with some cedar and mesquite gives this place the right amount of cover for the rifle or the bow hunter. The owner has some really good stands, a total of 4 for you to use and the cabin has space for ATV, UTV in the back. The cabin has AC for the bedroom, fireplace, shower, fridge, sink, toilet, just need cots to sleep on. The electric/water for cabin runs about 60.00 a month, hunters will work that out with the landowner. The neighbor farms/ranch is a big one, so there will be a lot of traffic crossing this place down by the cemetery and going to the pool to water and traveling right behind the cabin. Owner wants a couple of guys to come in here and take care of the place. Hunters might be able to work out a deal as far as renting tractors for brush mowing, shredding along the roads.
