This hunting lease is leased and not available. As I was walking this property, the thought of a "blank canvas" struck me. Here is a property that appeared to me to have not been hunted in some time, nor developed in anyway. Landowner is okay with you making ATV type trails and creating what will seem like your own hunting parcel, not something someone else did prior to you. That will require some sweat equity on your part, but you can decide on how best to access various portions of the property and potential locations for stands and food plots.

As you can see by the aerials and pictures, property does open up more on the western side as a small creek runs through that section. Summer time can be the toughest to find deer trails but I did find enough of these to show the potential this property might have.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. Camping and throw & grow food plots are allowed with permission from landowner in regards to location on the property. Landowner is okay with you establishing ATV trails, but use common sense and do not cut down any tree's doing so. Landowner would also like make and license plates of your vehicles.
