This hunting lease is leased and not available. 80 Acres in Marquette County. This is a deer, turkey, and small game lease. This property is located in the middle of some great deer habitat. The southern forty acres was select cut in early 2017 and will provide lush undergrowth and great cover for years to come. The north forty acres was untouched and has some great features to it. The property is rolling hills with plenty of ridges and valleys for ambush spots. Several logging trails will provide access to all areas of the property. Plenty of deer sign was observed during my inspection. Trails, rubs, beds, old scrapes were all visible. Access to the property is along an easement road that is about � of a mile long and ends at the property boundary. This easement road can be seen on the aerial maps drawn in yellow. (There is one fork in the easement road and the property is to the right fork.) Travel along this easement road is possible with a pick up as long as weather conditions permit. ATV use is also allowed for hunting related purposes as long as weather and ground conditions permit. Camping would be allowed with permission from the landowner. Landowner would also like initial contact from the hunters. Landowner may visit property to do general maintenance and to check on property.

Food plots are not allowed. No trapping. No coyote hunting. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
