This 178 acre Carter County Kentucky Deer and Turkey Hunting Lease is extremely affordable for all. It borders another property owned by same landowner, and check out the pics of deer taken from the properties in past few years. This lease has big towering oaks on it, but not a great deal of cover. However, I did bump deer while inspecting and saw a few blue winged teal resting in the pond, so bring that scatter gun for some possible early season wood duck and teal action. Property is fenced and cross-fenced. Plenty of room for a few hunters to enjoy a great area with lots of deer, as I saw deer (and turkey) all day while on this property. Hunt high or low on this tract. The property is very close to Carter Caves State Park with No Hunting, so that's good for you.
