This 189 acre Christian County Deer and Turkey Hunting lease is sown in warm-season grasses with drainages being used daily by your local herd, and they're worn out. In the #3 B&C county this is exactly where you want to be to increase your odds on a brute! There is some timber along the edges, and three separate blocks of timber, all of which had sign on them. I bumped deer in the NE section wooded drainage. Deer are here now, but come November when the does are seeking cover who knows what may be in tow with them on this crown jewel. The landowner (non-hunter) described bucks that look like elk that he has seen in the past. Little hunting pressure over the years on this one.
