Out of the 3 farms we have with this landowner, this one is the cream of the crop! Our Landowner's favorite farm to hunt in the past and all their properties have had very light hunting pressure. Several 10pt bucks or better have been taken on this tract. And yes, I did see deer and turkey during my walk-through, and as matter of fact, I saw deer all day long while on this property. The piece does have a few hills but also has more gentle rolling farmland. Good trail system here, and get the tour of the property once leased. Numerous ponds and a creek flow through your lease. The landowners do harvest a few trees from time to time but honestly, I didn't even notice it. Thick or thin, you've got it.
