This hunting lease is leased and not available. 120 acres of 20 year old WRP and tree plantings that have grown up to create a wildlife mecca. This property is bordered on the north by the Wabash River and is surrounded by 1000's of acres of Crop ground. When the pressure starts in from other hunters the deer in this area really have no other option but to seek refuge on this property. When I inspected in mid-September there were scrapes and rubs scattered throughout the entire property. There has got to be some studs using this property.

Landowner reports that Turkeys are in the area and that fishing from the bank of this property can yield some very good fish. This is an all-around great hunting and fishing property and is sure to have a little bit of everything you want. Property is on the Wabash River and is protected by a large Berm, but there is the chance that it could flood. It doesn't happen that often and is a rare event but there is the possibility. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
