This is a awesome property with wild game opportunities for any type of hunter. Deer, Turkey, Waterfowl and Predator.
Beginning with your access... you have a very nice 2 track lane that goes along the field edge from North to South. See the highlighted green map. It can get sloppy especially on the south end, but I drove the entire way in my truck during inspection and did not have any issues. ATV use is allowed for hunting related purposes only and you will probably want to have one for this farm anyway. Also, this farm is only a few minutes from town for food, gas or supplies as needed.
Deer sign was abundant and I was told many nice bucks have come off this farm. You can only imagine after seeing this farm. Property has it all with row crops, wetlands and hardwoods. I was also told that the Turkey population is excellent. You can look forward to enjoying some spring time Gobbler action. Waterfowl hunters have both field and open water options. Water holes and ditches, east border is the Iroquois River, a small lake and of course the large field. See all the pictures.
Overall this is just a great opportunity for any type of hunter and will be a farm you will want for many years to come. If it is very wet and sloppy conditions... you must park at the entrance and walk or take your ATV to your hunting location. It is very important the 2 track lane stays in good condition. Do not block the entrances or irrigation pump area.
Stay off the field if wet or if crops are in.
Do not create ruts in the 2 track lane preventing farm help access to irrigation pump.
