This hunting lease is leased and not available. On the day of inspections there were about a dozen set of deer tracks crossing the sandy road along the north side. The creek that dissects the property seems like a pretty obvious travel corridor for those trophy bucks cruising the country side in search of those smoking hot does. The last I knew, the property to the north does not allow hunting. The landowner recently told me they counted 50 plus deer on another neighboring property, and there always seems to be nice bucks taken in the area.

Cattle will be on parts of this property.

Green outlines will never have cattle in them.

Purple outline- owner can hold off until after deer season before letting cattle in.

Crops are planted in the west field.

Hwy 54 is the south property line.
