**Archery Lease Only**
This property, which is located within city limits, is offered as an archery-only lease. The lake is surrounded by timbe, with abundant deer activity evident throughout the property. During my visit, I found significant deer sign, including trails that deer are actively using. The landowner has developed a well-maintained trail system across the farm, which not only supports wildlife movement but also provides excellent access points for hunters. These trails allow for quiet entry and exit from both the north and south sides of the property. Additionally, these trails are used by guests staying at the log cabin Airbnb on the north side of the property, near the landowner's home. While the farm itself does not have row crops, the surrounding properties do. If you'd like to stay onsite, Airbnb can be booked directly through the Airbnb website. This property offers an excellent opportunity for archery hunters seeking a peaceful and productive hunting experience.
*Important Note: The property owner operates an Airbnb on-site, and guests may use the walking trails during the summer and fall months. Please coordinate with the owner to notify her when your hunting begins so she can restrict trail access for her clients.
