It's not often we have a chance at a Perry County Tennessee Deer and Turkey Hunting Lease like this one and it is sweet! Guys the property will have a crop rotation of about 40-ac near the front of the property. It is hardwood creek bottoms and ridges, with lots of fingers feeding and complementing both for tons of stand locations. I started bumping deer within 200 yards on start of inspection. Saw more than a dozen deer for sure and picked up a shed too! Back field will have a few acres of commercial Hemp operation. You have the green light to create a food plot on the other small field(s) if you choose. There was some timber taken off a portion of lease up on the ridge that deer are using heavily. Jumped several there. Trails well defined here, as are the rubs. A big beech tree rub I found was over 20" so check out the pic. Landowner lives on the farm so watchful eyes here.
