Bow hunters dream is what I would call this fantastic farm in a remote part of Clark County Missouri. I expect whoever leases this farm will have success year after year! The Northern end of this farm is a long bluff that runs along the Des Moines River. A person could actually watch deer in Iowa while sitting in your deer stand in Missouri...Southern end of the property contains row crops that will keep the wildlife rolling in on a consistent basis. Clark County is one of the few remaining counties left with the 4pt restriction in place.

Landowner will also be camping on the property by the road, just prior to the opener of gun season
No nails or metal embedded in the trees, removable screw-in hooks are allowed
No cutting down trees
Ok to cut small limbs only where limb joins tree
All existing tree stands are off limits
Immediately report incidents such as trespassers, accidents or injury
Landowner would like harvest report by phone, text, or email
Not required but landowner would like to show the hunters around first time on property
