Here is one you don't want to miss. Not a large tract but location wise, this 46-ac Breckenridge County Kentucky Deer and Turkey Hunting Lease could produce big. There was a 190" taken a little over a mile away from this property in 2018. Out front you have pasture and a few cows restricted there. There is some bedding cover at front where a small amount of timber was removed in recent past. The rest is good timber all the way to the creek, mixed with a few cedars. All the trails I saw had recent very heavy use, and I saw a ton of trails on this lease. Noted a few rubs and beds also. There is a spot you can plant, and the landowner has given the OK.
