This hunting lease is leased and not available. To say I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of deer sign on this property would be an understatement. This little jewel boasted a ton of deer sign and it was completely littered throughout the entire farm. Some of these deer trails looked like cow paths. Plus, I'll just let the trail camera pictures speak for the potential this lease has. The CRP that borders the timber is has to be providing bedding, especially before the cold weather knocked most of it down. Another plus to this farm is it has all the essentials you need in a lease, timber, row crops, CRP, and water. With the CRP being used as bedding, there is high probability that the bucks are checking this area during the pre-rut/rut.
