This hunting lease is leased and not available. Monster rub farm sums up this lease! This property has a little of everything big Nebraska whitetail hunting is about. A long hillside of CRP and row crops climbs out of the wooded creek bottom that winds through the center of the property. Some more row crops cover the flat valley below. Bow hunt the creek bottom early in the year catching deer coming to water and when rifle season hits, you can glass the CRP for big horns. When the rut is on I'm certain there will be some major big buck battles happening. Here is a chance to jump right into a lease where big mature bucks already roam, this place will not disappoint. This is a deer hunting lease only. This property is highly protected and preserved by landowner, keys to gates will be issued. Landowner requires notice prior to property access.

Landowner stipulations: No camping, respectful ATV use, no tree cutting or trimming without landowner approval, no drilling into trees or screw pegs, no permanent stands or blinds, no fires, issued gate keys to be returned after lease, and again deer hunting lease only.

Landowner has the last of a three part tree clean up in the farthest southern part of the farm 2021. The tree clean up is not a timber removal but clearing of certain species. There will also be 3 days of tree planting in fall 2021 but landowner will make certain this is not during Nebraska rifle season.
