This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here's a big farm spread out over a good area that has been kicking out some great deer lately. In 2016 a 20 point 200"+ came out of this county, and over the years hunters have really started looking hard at this county and the quality of bucks coming from here.
Lease is separated into 3 different parcels, and each parcel has its advantages. Access is good to the main south piece, with multiple parking spots from any direction that will help you play any wind. The south east section across the road is a clear cut that is loaded with beds and deer sign. I jumped a group of 6 does out of this clear cut, and there are some great stand sites around it where you can shoot the entire cut if a deer comes through it. The west 40 is a great little section with good sign on it. Access to this parcel may be limited sometimes, because the access road is through a creek bed that could flood. It had rained almost an inch two days before I was there and it was already down, so I don't think it will be an issue.
Landowner is on site pretty much at all times, and knows all the neighbors, so you shouldn't have to worry about people being there when you aren't. There is lodging and food in multiple towns close by around Patoka Lake. Please set up time with agent to inspect property.
