This hunting lease is leased and not available. This looks like a great little waterfowl spot, with a marshy pond surrounded by crops making it a magnet for all the birds traveling through the area. Jumped several ducks and my new pup tried to get friendly with a nesting goose�that didn't go very well�

A pheasant rooster crossed the road in front of me as I was pulling into the property. There were also quite a few deer tracks and some rubs scattered about the property, so a little bit of deer hunting may not be out of the question.

The driveway to the old home site on the south side of the property will provide an excellent place to park, and is hidden from the back side of the property. THE BASEMENT TO THE OLD HOUSE IS OPEN SO BEWARE!
