Here is a nice farm on in the northern part of Wabaunsee County. These 100 acres are totally landlocked, and feature a couple of drainages that flow north to the Kansas River, which is only a couple miles away. This property is basically one big funnel. The balance of the property will be planted to crops. As you can tell by the aerial, there is good wooded cover in the area. What you can't see is the glorious CRP on the property to the NW.
Located less than 7 miles off I-70, and blacktop all the way to the county road along the south side of the property.
The house on the property does not belong to the owner. Also, please note that the trees on the south side of the property are not part of this lease.
The blue outlined area along the SW fencerow has had the trees removed. They are piled up and waiting to be burned. The owner is not sure when he will get this done.
