This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 402 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Delaware County, New York. This property is located in WMU (4W). The hunting lease is less than 10 miles from Walton, New York. The property should provide deer, bear and turkey hunting. This is a huge property that has a lot of elevation. There are nice trails off the road in the south that will take you throughout the property. I saw lots of old rubs and deer trails. I saw a flock of turkeys on the main access road on the east border ( at least 3 mature gobblers). The property has just recently been posted. The border on the south-west border is also marked with blue paint. There are many apple trees along the east border. The main mountain top is on the west border running south-east. Most of the trails I walked were well maintained. There are over a couple miles of trails on this hunting lease. I attached a map in the photos trying to depict where some of the trails I walked are. This is my best estimation. The hunting lease is just about all woods. ATV use and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only. You can set -up a camper at own risk just off the road. Must be removed after hunting season.
