This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 180 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Wyoming County, New York. This hunting lease is about 30 miles south-east of Buffalo, New York and is located in WMU(9H). There is about 90 acres of apple trees and woods and 90 acres of pasture and crop fields. There was a lot of deer sign in the apple trees and woods. The landowner routinely sees 8-10 deer in his crop fields daily. The east border is a road that has a small creek cut through the middle of the border and follows the border to the north. You can access on foot from the east but there is no established farm trail. The north border is blacktop road. Right on the north-west corner is an established farm trail that will take you (south) along the east border then cuts along the south border right through the apple trees. The property is easy walking and there are several small ravines that would make great stand sites. The very small creek that splits the woods and apple trees was loaded with rubs. Property has a ton of wild apple trees with many well worn trails through them. There is a small square of grown spruce trees. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only, on the established farm trail (see map). Camping is allowed for hunting purposes only. Camper needs to be removed at end of hunting season. You can repost the property. A lot of the signs have come down through the years. You must keep ATV off crop fields!
