This hunting lease is leased and not available. Awesome piece of ground that will have you grinning from ear to ear if it is yours! Just look at this property and the surrounding farms...prime time!

There are lots of deep drainage ditches on this farm that dump into one main ravine and creek. The tops of these ditches make for some really good stand locations in some areas of the farm. A few different areas of woods and access from the south or west side. You have to park along the edge of the road but it is easy to parallel park here.

Sign was easy to see and everywhere basically. Great mix of row crop field and mixed timber including plenty of Oak trees. Deer and Turkey hunting should be terrific.

ATV okay for hunting purposes but stay off the field if crops are in or field is wet. No ruts please.
