This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here's a great lease tipping the scales at just under 1000 acres. The lease is two separate parcels � mile apart. The North parcel is a perfect square mile, and the South parcel is � square miles. Between the two there's miles of thick creek bottoms, fence-lines and low spots. It will take a lot of walking to cover this farm while pheasant hunting. You can stay at the same hotel I did while inspecting this one. It's in Huron about 5 minutes away. They have areas to clean and take care of game. This area is one of the best areas in SD for pheasants. It also has the most consistent bird numbers even on down years. While viewing this one I saw birds everywhere.

There are not a lot of trees in this area, but there are lots of deer. In the north central portion of the bigger parcel there's an island of trees to hang in. This should be a very consistent spot to have deer under you. It doesn't take a lot of trees to attract deer in this country.

ATV use for hunting is allowed. Remember, absolutely NO driving on un-harvested crops, or seeded ground. Even when crops are standing you should be able to get around this one on an ATV in the grass.
