Landowner lives on site to keep an eye on things. Landowner is great to work with and will help you with anything he can. There are some great bucks in this area, and this is a nice protected hunting spot to have some great hunts. Turkey are here too. There has been some timer select cut in the past making the west end some great bedding area. No alcohol on premises. Landowner would like at least 24-hour notice by text or email. Camping location to be approved by landowner. Noise level if camping must be held to a minimum. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
