The owner has been transforming this property. He has already cleared out some pockets of trees along the creek, primarily on the western part of the property, and planted several hundred walnut trees- NOT INDICATED ON THE MAP. There a lot of brush piles north of the creek and around the north pond that create a great deal of ground cover as well. You can also use these piles to funnel the deer to specific areas, such as the spot your feeder will be located! The remaining woods along the small creek remain, and the brush is very, very thick in and around it. This looks to be a very nice travel corridor. I even spotted a deer crossing the road into the property on my way out.

Cattle will graze on the pasture the majority of the year.
