Absolutely beautiful farm in Green County that just had a really good vibe to it. Valley in center of property has a creek running through it and then rolling hills running north and south from that. Tons of inside corners for potential stand locations where timber transitions to agriculture. Really good access through center of property entering from the western side and another access point on southern side leading into the larger hidden field shown on the aerial. Been some time since I have seen a property that is laid out as well as this one is to hunt and gain access to stand locations.

Landowner has a teenage son who wants to retain the rifle deer hunting rights to the property. From what I understand, he is the only one who rifle deer hunts the property and generally is done on opening weekend. You will have all of the spring and fall turkey hunting rights, and all of archery and muzzle loader deer seasons.

Camping for hunting related activities is allowed with permission from landowner as to location. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. Majority of open ground is already in agriculture so not many options for food plots.

I really enjoyed my visit with the landowner who is the 5th generation on this farm, and a much laid back guy who should be easy to work with.
