This hunting lease is leased and not available. Talking about a layout. On this 160-ac Dickson County Tennessee Deer and Turkey Hunting Lease you'll have a large swath of area to hunt with the property lines like they are. I personally know this area and have seen tons of deer in the fields adjoining the property through the years and I can tell you there is no shortage of deer sign on the tract. What it does have is pines, abundant cedars mixed with patches of hardwoods, and small openings here and there. On the east side, it appears the neighbor is row cropping. There are ditches along the boundary coming in from the main entrance and the trails are like cow paths crossing the ditches so set up is a no brainer. Anywhere along the border, you'll find trails, droppings, and tracks. A mineral site in the photos was the largest I've seen yet and worn out with activity. This is a go-to county for big Tennessee bucks my friends and we don't get many opportunities at leases here. Once they're leased you missed your shot that's all I can say. I would hunt here in a heartbeat!
