There's over 1.5 miles of bluff sides to hunt. The cropland is split into high fields on one side and low fields on the other by the bluffs. You can get around the entire farm with an ATV even when the corn is standing. There's a nice access road through the cropland, and enough room to drive along the top and bottom sides of the bluffs. The bluffs have nice thick bedding areas all over them. There are hardwoods, pines, and lots of thick cedars. This property is 1 mile East to West. There's nice cover on the neighbors all the way around this property as well. A lot of nice Bucks have been taken off this farm over the years. Spring turkey should be dynamite as well. The East draw has a nice pond and should be a great spot to catch a big buck getting a drink. There's also a spring in the center of the property that flows all year long.

On the North line up on top of the hill there are Goose Pits dug into the ground. They can hunt 4 guys. These are yours to hunt out of if you would like. The goose hunting around Rochester is the best in MN, and these pits are just a few miles out of town on a high hill. The pit location is marked with a pin on the photos.

There are spots you could fit food plots if you would like. The landowner is open to this, but you should discuss location with them first�
