This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a nice smaller property west of Dayton that just might give you a chance of a Stud!! This property is just one mile from Germantown MetroPark, so you know a good buck can come trolling through during the rut. Fields are in row crops. I jumped a 6 point on my way back to the woods on the east end. The woods are about 6 acres and have a creek that runs through it. A couple of fingers and points into the field make for nice stand sets. There were tracks and deer beds everywhere. On the west side of the road you have a couple nice big fence rows leading to the timber in the west. This property is in the middle of a semi-suburban horse lover area. Neighbor to the south has overgrown field for bedding cover. Lots of good connecting cover in the area and this is a sweet little funnel. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
